The E-Vision 22000i 4K+ model is a 3D-LED-DLP projector from Digital Projection, intended for Event applications, offering 19500 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 10000:1 at WUXGA 1920 x 1200. The manufacturer lists the lifespan for this model at 20000 hours – calculating to 13.7 years at four hours of use per day. For maximum setup flexibility, the model supports optional interchangeable lenses, meaning the optics can be precisely matched to individual on-site requirements. Suitable distances can be determined using the Lens Calculator. A look at the light output reveals: The 19500 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 1493 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 995 cm. Should very large projection surfaces be required, the integrated edge-blending software offers the possibility to seamlessly combine images from multiple projectors without visible seams. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P and 4K as well as 3D. Furthermore, the model supports 360° projections for highly flexible deployment scenarios. As an additional feature, an integrated media player enables the direct playback of files without an external source device. Connectivity for fixed installations is rounded off by an RJ45 port for remote maintenance and an HDBaseT interface, which transmits bundled video, audio, and control data over long cable runs.
