Designed for the Event sector, the Lightning 45 WUXGA 3D model from Digital Projection features 30000 ANSI lumens, a native HDTV 1920 x 1080 resolution and a contrast ratio of 2000:1. In operating mode, the installed projector lamp offers a lifespan of 750 hours. The presence of a lens shift function enables flexible vertical or horizontal positioning of the projector without digital interference. Thanks to the interchangeable lens system, the device can be equipped with optional lenses to react flexibly to different room sizes. Exact values for specific rooms are provided by the Lens Calculator. Looking at practical performance, up to 1760 cm can be illuminated with 30000 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 1173 cm. Should very large projection surfaces be required, the integrated edge-blending software offers the possibility to seamlessly combine images from multiple projectors without visible seams. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P as well as 3D. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. Since entering the market in 2009, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
