Based on DLP technology, the Digital Projection INSIGHT MLS device delivers 40000 ANSI lumens, a resolution of UHD (4K+2K) 4096 x 2160 and a contrast of 2000:1 as a projector. With its laser unit, the projector offers a specified light lifespan of 30000 hours – calculating to 20.5 years at four hours of use per day. The specifications indicate lens shift optics, allowing the image to be physically shifted without introducing digital image artifacts. The specifications identify the device as a model with an interchangeable lens option. Matching optional optics allow for exact adaptation to the required image size and projection distance, which can be calculated directly with the Projection Calculator. Regarding projection size, the value of 40000 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 1675 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 1117 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P and 4K as well as 3D are supported, meaning standard Blu-ray formats are processed effortlessly. For convenient remote monitoring and administration, the projector is equipped with a classic RJ45 network socket.
