As a projector, the Digital Projection HIGHlite 4100gvcc combines DLP technology with a resolution of XGA 1024 x 768, and is additionally specified with 2000 ANSI lumens and a contrast of 550:1. In operating mode, the installed projector lamp offers a lifespan of 1000 hours. The specifications indicate lens shift optics, allowing the image to be physically shifted without introducing digital image artifacts. The specifications identify the device as a model with an interchangeable lens option. Matching optional optics allow for exact adaptation to the required image size and projection distance, which can be calculated directly with the Projection Calculator. Regarding projection size, the value of 2000 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 389 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 259 cm. Also on board is a local media player that allows reading and playing content directly from storage media. The model is currently no longer actively offered on the market by the manufacturer. Important maintenance note: It is no longer possible to procure replacement lamps for this model.
