The Viewsonic X100-4k is a 3D-DLP projector offering 1200 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 3000000:1 and a resolution of UHD (4K2K) 3840 x 2160. The built-in LED technology features a light source lifespan of 30000 hours – equivalent to a usable life of 20.5 years at 4 hours a day. For distortion-free image alignment, the projector offers both a lens shift function and keystone correction. The amount of leeway the lens provides can be checked in the Distance Calculator. Looking at practical performance, up to 352 cm can be illuminated with 1200 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 235 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P and 4K are supported, and also offers the technical capability for 360° projection. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. In the specifications, the operating noise is listed at a mere 23 decibels, indicating very quiet cooling. Since entering the market in 2019, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.

Stationary | Permanent installation in the training room and meeting room as well as the conference room. Small screen width, rooms with very little ambient light below 50 lumens.
This projector advertises a top-class home entertainment experience. The native contrast is a meager 330:1, which is an absolute disaster even for current TI 0.47 chip shifters. -1 star from me.
