The basic data of the Viewsonic PJD6550W includes 3300 ANSI lumens, a resolution of WXGA 1280 x 800 as well as a contrast of 22000:1. The manufacturer lists the lamp life at 4000 hours, which amounts to roughly 5.5 years at 2 hours of daily use. Should a perpendicular setup to the screen not be possible, the integrated keystone correction (horizontal and vertical) helps to realign the image into a perfect rectangle. A look at the light output reveals: The 3300 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 584 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 389 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content as well as 3D. Thanks to MHL support, screen content from mobile devices can be transmitted via cable, including charging power for the device. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. This model dates back to 2015 and is no longer part of Viewsonic's current product range.
