Known as the PS600X, this 3D-DLP projector by Viewsonic features basic specs of 3500 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 22000:1 at a XGA 1024 x 768 resolution. The manufacturer rates the durability of the included lamp at 5000 hours, achieving a lifespan of 6.8 years when used for 2 hours a day. To compensate for angled projection positions, the model features 2D keystone correction, which digitally corrects trapezoidal distortion. With its short projection distance, the short-throw model excels in smaller rooms, requiring only 120 cm of wall distance for an image width of 2 meters. A look at the light output reveals: The 3500 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 515 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 343 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P as well as 3D are supported. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. The projector was released in 2018 and is officially no longer distributed by Viewsonic.
