The Viewsonic HD9900 is a LCD projector that brings 1000 ANSI lumens and a HDTV 1920 x 1080 resolution. The runtime of the lamp in this model is estimated at 3000 hours before a replacement is necessary. To facilitate room installation, the device is equipped with mechanical lens shift and additional keystone correction. Precise setup distances can be determined in the Distance Calculator. A look at the light output reveals: The 1000 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 321 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 214 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content. A look at the data sheet confirms a very subtle fan noise for the projector at just 23 decibels. Since entering the market in 2009, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.

we have had the projector for about 2 years now and have 400-500 hours of use on the clock. it is and remains a great experience to make yourself comfortable on the couch in the evening and watch this brilliant picture quality (our earth / dark knight ... ). there are certainly "better" models available today ... but we would only consider switching to 3d.
