A projector from Viewsonic is the PJL9250, whose LCD model delivers 5500 ANSI lumens, a resolution of XGA 1024 x 768 and a contrast of 800:1. The manufacturer lists the lamp life at 2000 hours. A look at the light output reveals: The 5500 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 646 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 431 cm. This model dates back to 2009 and is no longer part of Viewsonic's current product range.
