This projector is named LS620X, originates from Viewsonic, and its data sheet shows 3200 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 100000:1 and a resolution of XGA 1024 x 768. This is a laser projector with a light source designed to last for 20000 hours. With four hours of daily operation, this corresponds to a period of 13.7 years. A special feature is the short-throw lens, which allows the device to be positioned at a very short distance from the screen. According to the data sheet, an image width of 2 meters is achieved from a distance of just 122 cm. Looking at practical performance, up to 493 cm can be illuminated with 3200 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 329 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content as well as 3D. The built-in HDMI-MHL (Mobile High-Definition Link) port enables screen mirroring from a smartphone while simultaneously charging it. For convenient remote monitoring and administration, the projector is equipped with a classic RJ45 network socket. Since entering the market in 2017, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model. In our projector directory, the device still generates high interest.
