Equipped with DLP technology, the Nec V260X offers 2600 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 2000:1 and is designed as a versatile projector. The manufacturer lists the lamp life at 3000 hours. Regarding projection size, the value of 2600 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 444 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 296 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P are supported. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. The projector was released in 2011 and is officially no longer distributed by Nec.

I‘ve had this beamer for over a year now and I‘m totally thrilled.
Price-performance unbeaten I would say.
Thus a clear recommendation for a tight budget!
