The hardware properties of the NP64 manufactured by Nec include 3000 ANSI lumens, a XGA 1024 x 768 resolution and a contrast value of 1600:1. According to Nec, the lamp has a durability of 2500 hours. Looking at practical performance, up to 477 cm can be illuminated with 3000 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 318 cm. Furthermore, the model is Bluetooth-enabled, allowing audio signals to be sent wirelessly to external speakers. The projector was released in 2010 and is officially no longer distributed by Nec.
