A projector from Nec is the GT2150, whose LCD model delivers 2400 ANSI lumens, a resolution of SXGA 1280 x 1024 and a contrast of 350:1. The manufacturer lists the lamp life at 1500 hours. Both optical image shifting (lens shift) and digital keystone adjustment are included, enabling exact alignment on the screen. A major advantage for professional installations is the ability to use interchangeable lenses, allowing the projector to adapt to highly varied projection distances. Which optic is required for a specific case can easily be calculated via the Lens Calculator. Regarding projection size, the value of 2400 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 415 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 277 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P are supported. This model dates back to 2001 and is no longer part of Nec's current product range. For your information: Compatible lamps for this device are no longer available in stores.
