The EMP 811 model is a LCD projector from Epson, intended for Standard-Portabel applications, offering 2000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 400:1 at XGA 1024 x 768. The manufacturer specifies a runtime of 1500 hours for this projector's lamp. For basic image adjustment, the device is equipped with horizontal and vertical keystone correction, allowing digital compensation for trapezoidal distortion at angled projection setups. A look at the light output reveals: The 2000 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 389 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 259 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P are supported. This model dates back to 2002 and is no longer part of Epson's current product range.
