Designed for the Homecinema sector, the EH-TW5100 model from Epson features 1800 ANSI lumens, a native HDTV 1920 x 1080 resolution and a contrast ratio of 13000:1. The manufacturer specifies a runtime of 5000 hours for this projector's lamp – mathematically sufficient for 6.8 years based on two hours of use per day. To ensure a rectangular image even with asymmetrical placement, the projector includes digital keystone correction for both the horizontal and vertical axes. A look at the light output reveals: The 1800 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 431 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 287 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P as well as 3D. The projector was released in 2016 and is officially no longer distributed by Epson.
