As a projector for the Stationary sector, the Mitsubishi XL7000U is equipped with 5200 ANSI lumens, a XGA 1024 x 768 resolution and a contrast of 2000:1. The manufacturer rates the durability of the included lamp at 3000 hours. In terms of image alignment, the model offers an optical lens shift function, allowing the image to be shifted on the projection surface without any loss of quality. To meet a wide variety of installation conditions, the projector offers the option of using different interchangeable lenses. Verifying the respective distances is easily possible via the Lens Calculator. Regarding projection size, the value of 5200 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 628 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 419 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P are supported, and also offers the technical capability for 360° projection. For convenient remote monitoring and administration, the projector is equipped with a classic RJ45 network socket. The projector was released in 2012 and is officially no longer distributed by Mitsubishi.
