This projector is named HC7900DW, originates from Mitsubishi, and its data sheet shows 1500 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 150000:1 and a resolution of HDTV 1920 x 1080. According to Mitsubishi, the lamp has a durability of 3000 hours. In terms of image alignment, the model offers an optical lens shift function, allowing the image to be shifted without quality loss. The exact adjustment leeway can be calculated in the Lens Shift Calculator. Regarding projection size, the value of 1500 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 393 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 262 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content as well as 3D. The projector was released in 2012 and is officially no longer distributed by Mitsubishi. As an archive device, the projector remains highly relevant in our database.

TOP projector and successor to the HC7800, better than the old one in all respects, superb picture quality, great frame interpolation (FI), very quiet, can be operated in low mode, had the 7800 before and must say that the contrast and sharpness of the new one is better than that of the 7800, highly recommended.
