Based on LCD technology, the Mitsubishi MH2850U projects images in a Standard-Portabel environment, with technical specs listing 3100 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 600:1 and a SXGA+ 1400 x 1050 resolution. According to Mitsubishi, the included lamp lasts up to 2000 hours. To compensate for angled projection positions, the model features 2D keystone correction, which digitally corrects trapezoidal distortion. To meet a wide variety of installation conditions, the projector offers the option of using different interchangeable lenses. Verifying the respective distances is easily possible via the Lens Calculator. Regarding projection size, the value of 3100 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 485 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 323 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P. For convenient remote monitoring and administration, the projector is equipped with a classic RJ45 network socket. This model dates back to 2008 and is no longer part of Mitsubishi's current product range.
