As a projector, the InFocus SP1081HD combines DLP technology with a resolution of HDTV 1920 x 1080, and is additionally specified with 3800 ANSI lumens and a contrast of 28500:1. According to InFocus, the lamp has a durability of 5000 hours. With two hours of daily operation, this corresponds to a period of 6.8 years. Looking at practical performance, up to 626 cm can be illuminated with 3800 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 417 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P as well as 3D. A look at the data sheet confirms a very subtle fan noise for the projector at just 24 decibels. This model dates back to 2019 and is no longer part of InFocus's current product range.
