Equipped with LCD technology, the InFocus LP755 offers 1000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 300:1 and is designed as a versatile projector. In operating mode, the installed projector lamp offers a lifespan of 2000 hours. Regarding projection size, the value of 1000 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 275 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 183 cm. This model dates back to 1999 and is no longer part of InFocus's current product range.

Application
Standard-Portabel | External training and company presentations, as well as product presentations. Small screen width, rooms with very little ambient light below 50 lumens.
I bought the LP755 on ebay as a defective hobbyist‘s item for Euro 41.50.
The defect turned out to be negligible. The projector switches itself on again after the cooling phase. You only have to unplug the power cable during the cooling phase, which is not a problem. The picture quality is excellent in a darkened room. Razor-sharp images with strong, high-contrast colors are projected onto the screen. The quality is comparable to that of my Leica slide projector at picture diagonals such as those found in a normal living room (approx. 1.5 - 1.8 m).
The lamp has 2500 hours operating time, so it has to be replaced.
I was able to buy a new original Infocus SP lamp for Euro 60 from a store clearance. So the projector was a great deal for me.
If you only project in darkened rooms, the projector is definitely recommended.

Why do lamps always have to be so expensive?
The device is not bad. It‘s light and easy to handle. Really a good deal. But woe betide you if the lamp breaks! You have to shell out between 365 and 405 euros for the Lampr. That‘s not fair.
I think something needs to happen in this sector too. The parts have to become cheaper if they want to reach the masses.
