Based on DLP technology, the InFocus INL3149WU projects images in a Standard-Portabel environment, with technical specs listing 5000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 20000:1 and a WUXGA 1920 x 1200 resolution. With its laser unit, the projector offers a specified light lifespan of 30000 hours. With four hours of daily operation, this corresponds to a period of 20.5 years. Should a perpendicular setup to the screen not be possible, the integrated keystone correction (horizontal and vertical) helps to realign the image into a perfect rectangle. A look at the light output reveals: The 5000 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 718 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 479 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P and 4K as well as 3D are supported, meaning standard Blu-ray formats are processed effortlessly. The model is perfectly equipped for complex installations: In addition to the RJ45 jack for network administration, an HDBaseT port is available, transporting high-resolution AV signals over a single Cat cable. With a value of only 29 decibels, the noise level during operation remains pleasantly in the background. The projector was released in 2019 and is officially no longer distributed by InFocus.
