Known as the Quantum Apex Challenger, this 3D-LED-LCD projector by InFocus features basic specs of 224 ANSI lumens and a HDTV 1920 x 1080 resolution. The built-in LED technology features a light source lifespan of 25000 hours. With four hours of daily operation, this corresponds to a period of 17.1 years. To ensure objective comparability, an approximate ANSI lumen value was calculated based on the ISO lumen values. Regarding projection size, the value of 224 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 152 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 101 cm. Additionally, a built-in ambient light sensor measures the room lighting and automatically adjusts the projection settings. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content. Additionally, thanks to Google TV, the model is network-capable and can be used without external playback devices. Also on board is a local media player that allows reading and playing content directly from storage media. For wireless audio output, the projector also supports Bluetooth, making it easy to quickly connect external soundbars. Thanks to support for Chromecast, screen content can also be cast wirelessly from a smartphone, tablet, or PC to the screen.
