The IN1059 model from InFocus combines LCD technology in the Standard-Portabel sector with 4600 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 50000:1 and a native WUXGA 1920 x 1200 resolution. The runtime of the lamp in this model is estimated at 20000 hours before a replacement is necessary. With two hours of daily operation, this corresponds to a period of 27.4 years. To compensate for angled projection positions, the model features 2D keystone correction, which digitally corrects trapezoidal distortion. A look at the light output reveals: The 4600 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 689 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 459 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P and 4K as well as 3D, meaning standard Blu-ray formats are processed effortlessly. As an additional feature, an integrated media player enables the direct playback of files without an external source device. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. The projector was released in 2022 and is officially no longer distributed by InFocus.
