The manufacturer rates the durability of the included lamp at 5000 hours, which amounts to roughly 6.8 years at 2 hours of daily use. Thanks to its low throw ratio, the model is excellently suited for rooms with limited space. A distance of just 120 cm is sufficient to generate an image width of 2 meters. Looking at practical performance, up to 453 cm can be illuminated with 2700 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 302 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P are supported. In the specifications, the operating noise is listed at a mere 30 decibels, indicating very quiet cooling. The projector was released in 2012 and is officially no longer distributed by InFocus.
