The BG650 is a LCD projector by LG, whose specifications list 4000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 5000:1 and a XGA 1024 x 768 resolution. According to LG, the lamp has a durability of 4000 hours, which amounts to roughly 5.5 years at 2 hours of daily use. Looking at practical performance, up to 551 cm can be illuminated with 4000 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 367 cm. Also on board is a local media player that allows reading and playing content directly from storage media. Since entering the market in 2013, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
