The AN215 model is a BrilliantColor-DLP projector from LG, intended for Homecinema applications, offering 1200 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 8000:1 at HDTV 1280 x 720. The runtime of the lamp in this model is estimated at 2000 hours before a replacement is necessary. Thanks to the combination of optical lens shift and digital keystone correction, the projected image's position can be adjusted very flexibly. The Projection Calculator helps find the optimal installation dimensions. A look at the light output reveals: The 1200 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 352 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 235 cm. A look at the data sheet confirms a very subtle fan noise for the projector at just 29 decibels. This model dates back to 2007 and is no longer part of LG's current product range.
