The WX36 model from 3M combines LCD technology in the Standard-Portabel sector with 3000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 2000:1 and a native WXGA 1280 x 800 resolution. The runtime of the lamp in this model is estimated at 3000 hours before a replacement is necessary. A look at the light output reveals: The 3000 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 556 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 371 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P are supported. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. Equipped with a microphone jack and built-in speakers (8W), audio signals during presentations can be played back directly without an external audio system. The projector was released in 2010 and is officially no longer distributed by 3M.
