Known as the MP 8746, this LED-LCD projector by 3M features basic specs of 1000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 100:1 at a XGA 1024 x 768 resolution. The manufacturer lists the lamp life at 1500 hours. Looking at practical performance, up to 275 cm can be illuminated with 1000 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 183 cm. This model dates back to 2001 and is no longer part of 3M's current product range.
