The 3M CP40 is a projector offering 14 ANSI lumens and a VGA 640 x 480 resolution. An LED lifespan of 20000 hours is noted in the data sheet for this model – equivalent to a usable life of 13.7 years at 4 hours a day. Regarding the power supply, the projector features an internal battery that enables a mobile runtime of up to 2 hours. As an additional feature, an integrated media player enables the direct playback of files without an external source device. The projector was released in 2010 and is officially no longer distributed by 3M.
