The projector MP 8745 by 3M utilizes LCD technology and, according to the spec sheet, achieves 1500 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 200:1 at a resolution of XGA 1024 x 768. The manufacturer lists the lamp life at 1500 hours. Looking at practical performance, up to 337 cm can be illuminated with 1500 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 225 cm. The projector was released in 1999 and is officially no longer distributed by 3M.

Have seen many projectors and their projections. The 3M MP 8745 has impressed me the most so far.
Super picture. Even with wider projection and huge screen diagonals. A real cinema feeling comes across. E-zoom. Built-in speakers that can be used if no stereo system is available
Very robust with all the connection options you need. The drawback is clearly the service life of the lamp at 1500 hours and its new price. But all the positive aspects of this device easily make up for this. Highly recommended.
