Based on DLP technology, the 3M MP 7720 projects images in a Standard-Portabel environment, with technical specs listing 800 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 300:1 and a XGA 1024 x 768 resolution. The runtime of the lamp in this model is estimated at 1500 hours before a replacement is necessary. A look at the light output reveals: The 800 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 246 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 164 cm. The projector was released in 2001 and is officially no longer distributed by 3M.
