Based on DLP technology, the Vivitek KH5100L projects images in a Stationary environment, with technical specs listing 5000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 2500000:1 and a HDTV 1920 x 1080 resolution. The manufacturer lists the lifespan for this model at 20000 hours. With four hours of daily operation, this corresponds to a period of 13.7 years. Both optical image shifting (lens shift) and digital keystone adjustment are included, enabling exact alignment on the screen. Accurate distances are provided by the Distance Calculator. Regarding projection size, the value of 5000 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 718 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 479 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P as well as 3D. Thanks to MHL support, screen content from mobile devices can be transmitted via cable, including charging power for the device. The model is perfectly equipped for complex installations: In addition to the RJ45 jack for network administration, an HDBaseT port is available, transporting high-resolution AV signals over a single Cat cable. Equipped with a microphone jack and built-in speakers (5W), audio signals during presentations can be played back directly without an external audio system. This model dates back to 2017 and is no longer part of Vivitek's current product range.
