The DU6298Z model is a 3D-DLP projector from Vivitek, intended for Event applications, offering 10000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 30000000:1 at WUXGA 1920 x 1200. This is a laser projector with a light source designed to last for 20000 hours. Daily use of 4 hours makes an operational lifespan of over 13.7 years possible. For distortion-free image alignment, the projector offers both a lens shift function and keystone correction, granting significant leeway during mounting. For maximum setup flexibility, the model supports optional interchangeable lenses, meaning the optics can be precisely matched to individual on-site requirements. Suitable distances can be determined using the Projection Calculator. Looking at practical performance, up to 1016 cm can be illuminated with 10000 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 677 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P and 4K as well as 3D. Furthermore, the model supports 360° projections for highly flexible deployment scenarios. Connectivity for fixed installations is rounded off by an RJ45 port for remote maintenance and an HDBaseT interface, which transmits bundled video, audio, and control data over long cable runs.
