According to Vivitek, the DX6831 model provides 8000 ANSI lumens, a contrast ratio of 3000:1 alongside a WUXGA 1920 x 1200 resolution. According to Vivitek, the lamp has a durability of 2000 hours. Thanks to the combination of optical lens shift and digital keystone correction, the projected image's position can be adjusted very flexibly. Thanks to the interchangeable lens system, the device can be equipped with optional lenses to react flexibly to different room sizes. Exact values for specific rooms are provided by the Projector Calculator. A look at the light output reveals: The 8000 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 909 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 606 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P as well as 3D. The model is perfectly equipped for complex installations: In addition to the RJ45 jack for network administration, an HDBaseT port is available, transporting high-resolution AV signals over a single Cat cable. This model dates back to 2014 and is no longer part of Vivitek's current product range.
