The DH6861 model is a 3D-BrilliantColor-DLP projector from Vivitek, intended for Stationary applications, offering 7000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 3000:1 at HDTV 1920 x 1080. According to Vivitek, the lamp has a durability of 2000 hours. To facilitate room installation, the device is equipped with mechanical lens shift and additional keystone correction, allowing the projected image to be positioned with immense flexibility. The optical system is designed for the use of interchangeable lenses, allowing for a tailor-made configuration for almost any throw ratio. The Projection Calculator is available to calculate the exact dimensions. Looking at practical performance, up to 850 cm can be illuminated with 7000 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 567 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P as well as 3D are supported. The model is perfectly equipped for complex installations: In addition to the RJ45 jack for network administration, an HDBaseT port is available, transporting high-resolution AV signals over a single Cat cable. Since entering the market in 2015, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
