The SIM2 HT300 LINK is a DLP projector offering 800 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 2500:1 and a resolution of HDTV 1280 x 720. According to SIM2, the included lamp lasts up to 8000 hours, achieving a lifespan of 11 years when used for 2 hours a day. Thanks to the combination of optical lens shift and digital keystone correction, the projected image's position can be adjusted very flexibly. The Lens Shift Calculator helps find the optimal installation dimensions. Regarding projection size, the value of 800 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 287 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 191 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P are supported. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. The projector was released in 2003 and is officially no longer distributed by SIM2.
