The MICO 60C / ST model from SIM2 combines DLP technology in the High-End Homecinema sector with 800 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 100000:1 and a native HDTV 1920 x 1080 resolution. Thanks to LED technology, the projector is rated for a lifespan of up to 30000 hours – equivalent to a usable life of 20.5 years at 4 hours a day. In terms of image alignment, the model offers an optical lens shift function, allowing the image to be shifted on the projection surface without any loss of quality. Thanks to the interchangeable lens system, the device can be equipped with optional lenses to react flexibly to different room sizes. Exact values for specific rooms are provided by the Lens Calculator. Looking at practical performance, up to 287 cm can be illuminated with 800 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 191 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P are supported. This model dates back to 2009 and is no longer part of SIM2's current product range.
