According to SIM2, the SUPERLUMIS D model provides 10000 ANSI lumens, a contrast ratio of 25000:1 alongside a HDTV 1920 x 1080 resolution. In operating mode, the installed projector lamp offers a lifespan of 2000 hours. Regarding setup flexibility, the model features an optical lens shift function alongside digital keystone correction, allowing for precise alignment without distortion. To meet a wide variety of installation conditions, the projector offers the option of using different interchangeable lenses. Verifying the respective distances is easily possible via the Distance Calculator. Looking at practical performance, up to 1016 cm can be illuminated with 10000 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 677 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content as well as 3D. Since entering the market in 2013, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model. As an archive device, the projector remains highly relevant in our database.
