The hardware properties of the LC XGC500 manufactured by Eiki include 5000 ANSI lumens, a XGA 1024 x 768 resolution and a contrast value of 1100:1. The manufacturer rates the durability of the included lamp at 3000 hours. To facilitate room installation, the device is equipped with mechanical lens shift and additional keystone correction, allowing the projected image to be positioned with immense flexibility. A major advantage for professional installations is the ability to use interchangeable lenses, allowing the projector to adapt to highly varied projection distances. A look at the light output reveals: The 5000 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 616 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 411 cm. Since entering the market in 2009, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
