As a projector, the Eiki LC SM1 combines LCD technology with a resolution of SVGA 800 x 600, and is additionally specified with 700 ANSI lumens and a contrast of 250:1. According to Eiki, the lamp has a durability of 1000 hours. A look at the light output reveals: The 700 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 230 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 153 cm. Since entering the market in 2000, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
