Categorized in the High-End Homecinema segment, the DLA RS67 projector from JVC projects with a HDTV 1920 x 1080 resolution, alongside 1200 ANSI lumens and a contrast of 140000:1. The runtime of the lamp in this model is estimated at 3000 hours before a replacement is necessary. The presence of a lens shift function enables flexible vertical or horizontal positioning of the projector. The achievable distances are shown in the Projection Calculator. Regarding projection size, the value of 1200 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 352 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 235 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P and 4K as well as 3D, meaning standard Blu-ray formats are processed effortlessly. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. In the specifications, the operating noise is listed at a mere 20 decibels, indicating very quiet cooling. The projector was released in 2013 and is officially no longer distributed by JVC.
