The projector DLA G15 by JVC operates as a DILA device with 1500 ANSI lumens, a SXGA+ 1365 x 1024 resolution and a contrast of 350:1. According to JVC, the lamp has a durability of 1000 hours. Looking at practical performance, up to 337 cm can be illuminated with 1500 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 225 cm. Since entering the market in 2000, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
