As a projector for the Standard-Portabel sector, the Philips ProPix 860 is equipped with 2600 ANSI lumens, a HDTV 1920 x 1080 resolution and a contrast of 1500:1. The built-in LED technology features a light source lifespan of 30000 hours – equivalent to a usable life of 20.5 years at 4 hours a day. Looking at practical performance, up to 518 cm can be illuminated with 2600 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 345 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content. A look at the data sheet confirms a very subtle fan noise for the projector at just 29 decibels.
