The hardware properties of the NeoPix 720 / NPX720 manufactured by Philips include 700 ANSI lumens, a HDTV 1920 x 1080 resolution and a contrast value of 3000:1. The LED unit of this model is rated for up to 30000 hours of runtime – calculating to 20.5 years at four hours of use per day. A look at the light output reveals: The 700 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 269 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 179 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content. Furthermore, thanks to Android TV, the projector functions as a standalone entertainment center for various video-on-demand services. Also on board is a local media player that allows reading and playing content directly from storage media. For wireless audio output, the projector also supports Bluetooth, making it easy to quickly connect external soundbars. This model dates back to 2022 and is no longer part of Philips's current product range.
