Behind the name CP X990W is a LCD projector by Hitachi, whose main features include 3500 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 500:1 and a XGA 1024 x 768 resolution. According to Hitachi, the included lamp lasts up to 1500 hours. The image geometry can be adjusted via the built-in keystone correction so that a clean, rectangular display is achieved even with non-ideal placement. A major advantage for professional installations is the ability to use interchangeable lenses, allowing the projector to adapt to highly varied projection distances. Which optic is required for a specific case can easily be calculated via the Projector Calculator. Regarding projection size, the value of 3500 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 515 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 343 cm. This model dates back to 2002 and is no longer part of Hitachi's current product range.
Standard-Portabel | External training and company presentations, as well as product presentations. Medium screen width or rooms with a little more ambient light, max. 200 lumens.
