Known as the CP RS56/+, this Laser-LCD projector by Hitachi features basic specs of 1800 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 500:1 at a SVGA 800 x 600 resolution. The manufacturer lists the lamp life at 2000 hours. A look at the light output reveals: The 1800 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 369 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 246 cm. This model dates back to 2006 and is no longer part of Hitachi's current product range.
