The Hitachi CP AX2505 is a LCD projector that brings 2700 ANSI lumens, a XGA 1024 x 768 resolution alongside a contrast of 10000:1. According to Hitachi, the included lamp lasts up to 5000 hours, achieving a lifespan of 6.8 years when used for 2 hours a day. To ensure a rectangular image even with asymmetrical placement, the projector includes digital keystone correction for both the horizontal and vertical axes. Thanks to its low throw ratio, the model is excellently suited for rooms with limited space. A distance of just 60 cm is sufficient to generate an image width of 2 meters. Regarding projection size, the value of 2700 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 453 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 302 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P are supported. For convenient remote monitoring and administration, the projector is equipped with a classic RJ45 network socket. Equipped with a microphone jack and built-in speakers (16W), audio signals during presentations can be played back directly without an external audio system. The projector was released in 2015 and is officially no longer distributed by Hitachi.
