Designed for the Standard-Portabel sector, the LV-HD420 model from Canon features 4200 ANSI lumens, a native HDTV 1920 x 1080 resolution and a contrast ratio of 8000:1. To compensate for angled projection positions, the model features 2D keystone correction, which digitally corrects trapezoidal distortion. A look at the light output reveals: The 4200 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 658 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 439 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content as well as 3D. Thanks to MHL support, screen content from mobile devices can be transmitted via cable, including charging power for the device. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. The projector was released in 2017 and is officially no longer distributed by Canon.
