Behind the name XV Z21000 is a BrilliantColor-DLP projector by Sharp, whose main features include 1000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 12000:1 and a HDTV 1920 x 1080 resolution. The runtime of the lamp in this model is estimated at 2000 hours before a replacement is necessary. Thanks to the combination of optical lens shift and digital keystone correction, the projected image's position can be adjusted very flexibly. A major advantage for professional installations is the ability to use interchangeable lenses, allowing the projector to adapt to highly varied projection distances. Which optic is required for a specific case can easily be calculated via the Lens Calculator. A look at the light output reveals: The 1000 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 321 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 214 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P are supported. This model dates back to 2006 and is no longer part of Sharp's current product range. However, it remains frequently searched within our database.

In terms of picture quality, no LCD projector can compete with the Sharp! No shading and an absolutely sharp and color-neutral picture! Super black level and brilliant white!!! LCD owners can only dream of this...
The device is worth every euro...
I listened to the advice of my specialist dealer and don‘t regret it for a minute...
Thanks....

Genius projector
Before I had the JVC and after about three months there was already shading in the picture. After a lot of back and forth with my dealer, I have now swapped. I‘ve had the Sharp projector for about three months now and have also had the 24P upgrade installed. A picture to dream of that has no shading, dust, convergence or other wear and tear problems (system-related). Now also runs smoothly and smoothly in 24p mode from the PS3. Didn‘t have to pay anything extra for my JVC. I am now over the moon with my picture.

DLP at it‘s best
I have to agree with the previous speaker...
First of all, you hear so much about shading and color fading problems with d-ilas and sxrds or halos and so on. I would actually like to spare myself that. The only thing you could criticize is the projection distance, but that‘s still okay for me. The price has also fallen quite a bit in the meantime, sometimes to well under 5000 euros. For me, the beamer is worth every single cent.

What a projector!!!...
This projector is really so good in terms of subjective image impression that I wouldn‘t wish for anything else...
It‘s simply amazing what you get here in terms of image quality (e.g. color neutrality, in-image contrast, perfect 24p reproduction after update, clarity, sharpness impression) etc, etc.... And all this with the certainty that the picture in a few years (with a new lamp) will still be as good as on the first day (not like with lcd/ d-ila/ sxrd projectors with worn panels...The noise is subjectively very quiet and pleasant in Ecomode, whereby the light output can still be 100% satisfactory (even with larger image widths) and all this with the usual perfect Sharp quality and reliability)... A dream come true...

In terms of image performance, the projector is really great. Very sharp and a great contrast.
