Model Overview

The equipment of the Sharp XR 20X projector includes 2300 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 2000:1 with a XGA 1024 x 768 display. In operating mode, the installed projector lamp offers a lifespan of 2000 hours.
Regarding projection size, the value of 2300 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 418 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 279 cm.
The projector was released in 2005 and is officially no longer distributed by Sharp.

Amazingly good device

I agree. Bright, clear picture, quite quiet in operation, robust: we‘ve been using it for eight years without failure or any problems. I wouldn‘t have thought that Sharp had this quality either. Nevertheless, this year we will go one step higher (1080p). Regards

Can only agree

Can only agree with my colleagues here. A completely underestimated projector that was already delivering performance in 2005 that still can‘t be taken for granted today. The picture and dynamic movie/game playback properties are really superb and leave nothing to be desired. For gaming: 1080p is not possible, but 1080i is perfectly adequate at a distance of 3-4 meters.
